Mick Matsie is a co-owner, lead hitting instructor, and 15U head coach at Pro Player. Matsie is in his 11th year with Pro Player, including coaching the first ever Pro Player travel team in 2010. He is also an associate scout for the Cincinnati Reds.

In previous seasons, Matsie was a varsity assistant coach for Huntley (2012-15), St. Charles East (2010-11), and Prairie Ridge (2007-09).
