Paul Belo is a 17U coach at Pro Player. Belo is in his fifth year with Pro Player.

Belo is also in his 19th year as varsity head coach at Palatine. Prior to Palatine, Belo spent three seasons in the same position at Fremd, which included a trip to the Class AA state finals in 2000.

In January 2020, Belo was inducted to the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
